The players need to read this before the Bama game to get them pumped! I'm tired of hearing this!!!

I didn't see anything in the article that was wrong. The players do trash talk and Saban never did get hammered twice in one season like they have this year.

They still have to play the game and who knows what the outcome will be but the 'gumps' still have to play them game and not just "let the magic of Saban" win....I never saw a coach score a touchdown...but who knows Saban might have a 'new trick' up his sleeve...Give me a break

But as they leave this year, LSU will be left with Miles recruits, philosophy and work ethic. Look for more trash talking, arrests and embarrassments to come.

Fathers in the stands will soon be telling their young sons, "See how good Alabama is? That's how it used to be here when he was OUR coach." and "We used to get recruits like that when Saban was here."

This pisses me off, because besides from the obvioys player who isn't on the team anymore, our guys don't get arrested or in any serious trouble. We're a pretty clean group of guys.

As for the second part, I laughed, because our pride (well, at least mine) will never ever allow me to say anything remotely close to this.

Gay...Gay....Gay....

that's why we play the games...beat bama and root for the crooms or the aubs and our tigers are right back in ATL playing for everything and have another shot at the gators or the dawgs...

go get'em tigahs!!

I like the part about recruits. We only got the #1 OVERALL recruit in the country in Russell Shepard and he's not even from La.

Look, I've been saying this all year. The Gumps NEED Les to fail to make Nick Christ look even more like a savior. What they fail to realize is they will be in the exact same situation we're in now next year with NO experience at QB. Let them write all the shite they want. If we can somehow beat Bama this year it shuts all of this type of shite up.

Whatever... out of the mouth of NS on his bama boys:

Bama/Ole Miss
quote:

He cited a roughing-the-passer penalty against Lorenzo Washington in the third quarter and Marquis Maze’s celebration penalty following his 26-yard touchdown catch that gave Alabama a 7-3 lead in the first quarter. Alabama, Saban said, must have a discipline problem.

If I had time, I could go through all the piss poor disciplinary problems NS had while he was here and still at Bama.

We can't expect the players to keep their mouths shut when he's saying things he has no business saying.
His comment about the weakness of the Pac 10, though true, is something a coach shouldn't make.
His Ar-kansas remark really made him look like a buffoon.
The comment he made about Louisiana teams winning at Alabama was shot that he'll pay for in a two weeks.

Did Les not sign a helmet for you or something?

I would rather have 52 put on us by a top 10 team anyday than lose to UAB or ULM. When we beat bama all this crap won't matter anymore.

I asked him, but he couldn't figure out how to write his own name.

You do realize that anyone can post on that site. It is the same as the rant.

It must just be you then. I'm looking at his signature on a football and mini-helmet on the desk across from mine. Oh, and as for ridiculous attempt at a joke...

For a while in 2007,it did seem like a good bit of LSU fans obsessed about Saban. Now,the worm has turned and evidently Miles winning a title last year eats away at some Alabama fans. This stuff is garbage.

Yesterday,Bill Oliver said Nick Saban "should hug Mike Shula's neck". The Sabanistas just can't stand someone not singing Nick's praises.
