I'm convinced the whole reason for the border to be open is to move fentanyl. Same thing with letting all the criminals roam free to sell it.
There might be some grand plan to destabilize the USA, but if you follow the money, it leads to drugs.

Probably also chyna seeing it as a little payback for the opium wars.
