He’s about to do what he should of done. Attack all of Ukraine’s critical infrastructure, and plunge the entire nation into darkness.

Honestly I’ve wondered what his hesitation was. Initially he was probably feeling out who would take sides. Now it just doesn’t make sense to go full throttle.

If he does, it would be the 3rd time, i.e., according to the book Nuclear Disaster in the Urals which happened in '57, that they tried everything to keep it under wraps, but just couldn't.
Just as they would've liked to do with Chernobyl, but weren't able.
When it comes to nuclear, the Russians have shown over and over that they're amateurs.
But this is bravado and posturing by the little Bolshevik/poisoner. He knows what would happen to him were he to use nuclear against anybody.
