I realize most here would come after me for that comment, but I had a good friend get killed years ago by a drunk driver and it's still going on every day.

I love overreaching regulation based off emotion as much as the next guy, but no.

Classic comment. This is why we are all fricked long term. Doesn't matter if shite works. Just need to try something so we can feel better.

September 30th is the 6 year anniversary of my best friend of 25 years death from a drunk driver. Screw this and screw the NTSB for wanting to make it a thing.

This is what happens when you make decisions based on your emotions.

I'm really sorry to hear about your friend

This is going to sound callous and it is, but that has nothing to do with anyone else.

I don't want to ask for permission to operate my car when I want to snag some random shite at the neighborhood gas station.

This entire effort is outdated and misguided.

Figure out how to stop drivers from playing on their phones while you're at it.

You're at home having dinner with your family, a glass of wine, and your wife starts to have a heart attack. You can't drive your car. Congrats your wife is dead because you're a sheep

I'm convinced plenty of you would be better living in China or north Korea

There are numerous shootings and killings every day in the United States. Mass shootings.

Do you want to confiscate all guns? Establish a national registry?

We’ve got to try something. Right?

Give me a break.

Personal responsibility.

Punish them. Don’t let them out of jail. Bankrupt them.

Just because your friend died doesn’t mean I have to surrender my 4th amendment rights.

so try something means infringing on the rights of others while putting the cost on others

sorry about your friend but go frick yourself.

"try something" and "must do something" are two phrases that have been fricking us out of freedoms for the last 40 years. frick you and anyone else that beleives we must try something.
