The first two were not bad. 3 sort of went off the rails, though I did actually enjoy both 3 and Bloodline. All the rest after Bloodline were mostly more psychological thrillers than movies featuring Pinhead.

1 and 2 are worth watching just because they're sort of iconic cult following horror films.

Yea the first one just for the fact it’s a cult classic and has really cool practical effects.

1 & 2 are very good. YMMV on the rest (e.g. 4 is ambitious, but I don't think it completely works, 5 is directed by Scott Derrickson, but is more psychological horror than the previous movies, 8 is probably only fun if you play video games and want to see a young Henry Cavill, etc.).
