No way I would trust an airline with my clubs unless I had a very durable case

I've flown with my clubs all over the country. Iron covers for chatter, wrap my towel for less movement and put them in the travel case. Never had a problem

what do you think happens to your clubs when you ship them? They go onto an airplane
Only risk you run checking them is them not making it to your destination when you do. I've flown with my clubs plenty and have never had any issues whatsoever with damaged clubs
