I saw plenty of coaching.

For example. When the review was happening before the last play you could see him telling the offense that the whistle is when Dellinger would snap it and they need to be set ready to go before the ref gets away from the ball. That’s coaching and understanding and knowing the situation. No way Les or O are ready for that scenario.

Florida State moronically called a timeout negating this.

agreed, I thought Norvell made a HUGE error in calling timeout. It not only allowed us more time to decide on our play, more importantly it allowed us to not have to hurry the snap as soon as the whistle blew.

When another team doesn't have a timeout, don't give them a freebie by calling one yourself. Trust that you have the right defensive call made and don't give your opponent the advantage.

I see the same thing in basketball.
