Seriously, did they not vet this guy first to make sure that he would be a good candidate. David McCormick (the other Republican in the primary) would've won this seat easy and instead Oz is acting like he is trying to lose it on purpose.

This is goofy. He’s just saying it’s not catastrophic from a genetic standpoint if you screw your second cousin. I mean Alabama likely wouldn’t exist if it actually was.

I agree with him tbh. Not that bad if it is passed first cousin. Not a very high chance of having deformed kids.

Quit being a shite stirrer. He’s a medical doctor and he gave a medical answer. He wasn’t condoning it, just explaining that the gene issue that makes incest a biological problem isn’t an issue with seconf cousins.
He wasn’t commenting on the social and moral problem.

I just read it and Oz gave a medical & genetic explanation. There are people that do documentaries on generational incest. Oz said 3rd cousin is okay and went into the genetic studies of defects.
It is a stretch armstrong away from condoning incest.
The guy running against Oz is so far left he makes Bernie look MAGA.
