The just called and LEO is on site. They said nobody answered door and confirmed it was the correct house. Car is still there.

I was leaving my neighborhood very late one night and saw a 20ish Asian girl walking down the street. She had a handbag with her. I rolled down the window and asked if she needed any help. She was adamant that she didn’t but I could tell something wasn’t right. I was a bit naive and hadn’t heard of Craig’s List at that time. If it happened again I’d just mind my own business

LEO just called OT can rest easy. GF is happy (kinda).
Girl was 16. Guy is in mid 30s per LEO.
They checked to make sure she was ok and not on drugs.
I do kinda feel like shite but also..that’s young af. That’s still a predator in my book.

So to be clear, in less than 10 minutes you called the LEO, they showed, investigated and found a 30 year old with a 15 year old, let it ride, then came and updated you...who called anonymously.

Was a crap situation moving last year. All the rent is $2500 for something decent but all the houses were just way overpriced. Building was cheaper. Sunk most of money into land but definitely wasting it on rent atm.
