What would OT do?

Short version-
Person (maybe guy) let’s a girl out of car in main road just before my neighborhood. Can’t see who is driving.
Girl appears to be 15-18 years old. Hard to tell.
She walks toward woods that go nowhere which seemed odd .
Car (temporary tag) pulls into my neighborhood and takes a round about way to a house. I stop down the street at a stop sign and person doesn’t get out in time I waited.
I cruise to my house but then realIze the woods back up to the house the car parked.
House has some kids toys in drive and a garage full of crap (doesn’t close all the way). Blinds are messed up some and the def the worst yard in the neighborhood. *I am renting and all these houses are new $350-$450k and def not trashy.
Been on the phone with my gf who is trying to convince me to do a wellness check.
Feel horrible bc could just be a dude sneaking some legal strange into back of house BUT she looked just barely legal if that. Could be other bad things also.
Call for wellness check or mind business??

Instinct was to mind my business but girlfriend just said either I do it or she would.
Her point was it’s no big deal if nothings going on but also 10 other things it could be.
The “what if it was your daughter” card finally won out.
Wellness call has been made in order to stay in good graces with gf.

If I had seen the dude or knew anything about him might help make decision. Didn’t see him.
Also if girl didn’t look so young.

I went back to woods to make sure she wasn’t still there. She gone.
She had to walk through some nasty wetlands to get to back of that house and it’s been raining here for three days.
