Despite the manifold faults of the GOP, has it ever been clearer that the only electorally meaningful place for libertarian (or even “liberty-interested”) Americans is the Republican Party? Once the Democrats ceded the field on free speech, where else to go?

The problem here is Repubes like McCain, McConnell, Graham, Romney, etc... means a vote for the GOP is a vote for the right wing of the Deep State and is at best a vote for the status quo.

The status quo is simply unsustainable. At some point gravity is going to take over and it is not going to be a soft landing for any of us:

The current crisis continues until enough true supporters of the principles of limited government come to this undeniable conclusion. As it is, I expect things to get much, much worse before they get better.

Libertarianism is a "live and let live" philosophy.

Anybody who still espouses that hope or belief in light of the absolute tyranny unleashed by the Left is a complete fool.

Either impose your values on society, or someone else will impose theirs. Those are your two options.

Libertarianism is both a parking spot, and a fanciful worldview. Always has been.
