I want to get used to it as a tundra fanboy but even seeing more of them on the road they just look goofy. Something about the body lines and overall shape. It’s like someone took the truck and stretched it end to end.

This is true of all trucks to an extent, but the gap between the best looking new Tundras and the worst looking ones is huge.

It’s like George’s girlfriend in different lighting conditions.

The ugly ones look like a bad prototype.

I don’t love the look right now but it isn’t hideous like the old Titan and it’ll grow on us

The best looking Tundra IMO was the fairly small first gen. The second gen was good looking too but a little more exaggerated.

The new ones just look weird to me.

These were really nice looking IMO. Just a no-nonsense truck:

I’m going to have to put an asterisk by this because every make/model truck looks more strange and over styled to me relative to the 1990-2005 generation of pickups.

There are exceptions. Ford’s 2018-2020 F-150 looks good to me. The 2016-2019 Silverado looked good. The latest Ram and Sierra are both really nice looking too. But generally trucks are looking more and more like a caricature of a pickup.
