In the light of Sam Harris’ comments about Trump, what % of average voters are clueless

With Sam Harris’ comments about,” it doesn’t matter if Hunter had the corpse of a dead child in his videos, his infractions are infinitesimal to those of Trumps!” And also that thread about the guy at Walmart who still believes Trump got peed on by hookers , it got me to thinking.
What percentage of voters are clueless or uniformed and basically just accept anything they hear from the msn?

I don't know, but it's a major problem with people over 50 or 55 who are still watching that garbage. My mom worships Maddow and I have tried to go through all the lies she told the last few years, but it doesn't work.
I figure most people 30 and under aren't watching MSM and get news elsewhere. I'm not sure what they believe.

My mother-n-law would probably consider herself a conservative, but she only watches CNN and doesn’t know much else

I would say > 80% of the population as a whole accept whatever they hear from some source of mainstream media as truth.
Be it traditional news networks, social media, or blogs, there are players in each field that provide the tastiest morsels to consume. They're the best storytellers, and the general populace loves a good story.

My mom is retired and sits home watching TV all day. Keeps it on ABC the entire time, because all her Soap Opera's are on the same channel. Then she watches the ABC news and then her evening programs are on ABC. So all she knows of the world is what she gets from ABC. It's changed her from a full blown conservative all her life, to someone with severe TDS.
