First. The documents that were returned to the national archives and the documents that were seized were not marked declassified. I imagine you probably never held any sort of security clearance, so you probably do not understand what a classified and declassified document look like. Let's just say they are quite a bit different.
Second. There is a formal process for the CIC to declassify documents. I am not going to sit here and explain it to you, because you could care less what I have to say anyway.
