Schexnayder & Sons in Erwinville does custom blends or they have their basic & premium house blends. I think the premium adds turnip, radish, etc to the oat/wheat/clover basic mix. Buy it by the bag or pallet of bags, or bulk sacks.

Last year I did 50/50 oats and wheat. Mixed in a blend from Atwoods called Big Sexy that added some broadleaf stuff like turnips or radishes to it. Turned out pretty well.
