The documents in question had been declassified by Trump

Multiple people from the Trump admin are claiming so.
So now the speculation is that the Biden regime secretly reclassified them because they were about Biden, Obama, Hillary, etc, and then used the FBI to go after them while claiming they had no idea this was happening.
I would also wonder if there was info in them about Mitch and Lindsey and that is why they turned into cucks yet again.
The latter is speculation but more than one person is saying the documents were 100% declassified by Trump which he had the power to do.

There is a Breitbart article where Kash Patel says Trump ordered them declassified but the paperwork had not been completed before he left office.

So - as I keep saying - a judge violated a former POTUS’ 4th Amendment rights by signing a search warrant to search his residence for items that weren’t even criminal in nature.

If this is the case then why the hell didn't he release this stuff? That's my only gripe about Trump, he'd get the deep state in his sights then take his foot off the gas.

The only thing I can tell that Trump tried to declassify was a “binder” and not everything in it would have been declassified. By my count the National Archives and the FBI has gathered about a total of 27 boxes from MAL. Surely that’s not all classified documents though.

A "He said-She said" dispute between a Private Citizen and the US FedGov will always end up in Indictment when the DoJ wants that target to be indicted.
This is a set-up.
The DoJ will prosecute and argue in court that the documents were still Top Secret when the FBI seized them.

Then there is a paper trail and this will be resolved by the close of business today, or it did not happen.
That is the problem when folks are talking out of their arse as not a single commenter on this knows more than you or I at this point.
As a non Trump fan I will say unless there is one giant arse smoking gun in those boxes somebodies head need to roll for this, it is not how we as a country conduct our business, there was zero need for all the flashing lights and publicity, two cops and a SUV was all that was required.
Anyone who believes the sitting POTUS was unaware they were raiding his political rival is a fricking idiot, this was 100% political.
