Why didn’t the Greeks kill Nick Sobotka?

InB4 they aren’t really greek.
They try to explain it in the episode but it doesn’t really make sense. Obviously when they kill Frank they gotta know that Nick will give them up to the cops.
So when The Greek and Spiros are talking, they decide it’s not worth killing Nick because “my name is not my name” and “i’m not even greek”. The exact same is true for Frank. Both of them knew the exact same amount of info on Spiros and the Greek.
I guess i’m kind of nitpicking a great piece of television, but IMO it doesn’t make much sense to kill one but not the other.

I think they just ran out of time and assumed after they killed Frank, Nick would rat on them.
Kind of like how they had to leave the shipment. Hell, they cared more about that than anything else.
Remember when they were talking about the plan with Frank, they didn't know about the scope of the investigation. They found that out right before they killed Frank. That changed everything.

Vondas thought of Nick as a son and tries to convince Nick to get Frank to agree not to rat so Nick sets up a meeting with The Greek. Frank won't let Nick attend the meeting. "As Frank arrives for the meeting The Greek receives word from his inside man in the FBI, Agent Koutris, that Frank has met with the police and agreed to become an informant. As Frank walks towards him The Greek tells Vondas that his way will not work." LINK
Their next step surely would have been to kill Nick too. Frank saved him by forbidding him to attend that meeting.

Part of me always felt they killed Frank because he was right there served up on a platter. While killing Nicky wouldn't be impossible, I feel they chalked it all up and moved on with their operation.
