The dregs of accounting graduating classes. Once they do that those that can afford a decent cpa firm will be paying that firm instead of the IRS to fix issues these dregs create by their lack of understanding of tax law. Those that don’t aka poorer people will get the govt jackboot to the neck.
Their better counterparts end up at various firms and have to send letters often explaining simple positions.

I don't think you can. Had an accountant tell me that IRS auditor is the most difficult position that the Feds have to fill. It is the job that nobody wants.

You can bet your arse they won't all have accounting degrees. I'm sure they'll be diverse and inclusive, but low-quality hires.
