We have it and get no service in our house. All you have to do is turn on wifi calling on your smartphone. Get a strong WiFi network and you’ll never have a problem. You will have to give your wifi password to all of your guests.

We got an Orbi mesh system with 4 transmitters that we placed around the house. No problems anymore.
