That’s kind of wild that they put that in there given they are being sued by Flores and this is a big staple of his argument. Wonder if they are planning on letting the dolphins roll under the bus for that whole thing too

ETA looks like they made it clear in the report they did not find anything to the tanking allegations, which is obviously a lie but they are covering their arse
