He just has advisors like any other President, also non-official ones too, i.e. the smartest guy he knows of course would be one. He probably simply sluffs off any decisions he isn’t in the mood for and likely fairly often when doing one of those full napping weekends in Delaware just says don’t wake me up unless it’s necessary to save my life; otherwise the White House is you guyses. I mean, who in their right mind would think they go by a principle of “no, step back, it’s only right that the President himself make this harrowing decision”. Probably not. It most likely the casual and inappropriate shite above, which sure someone else is technically making the decisions in those instances behind the scenes, but only out of laziness and deceitful nature of the people at issue.
