The people kind of suck. Granted I moved there at the height of covid, but people aren't very friendly.

And Austin people are cool?!?!?! Wow what a joke

Big Thompson canyon.
Also there is the highest paved road in the US up Mt. Evans. Both are far enough away from Denver to keep them somewhat less crowded

Ever been up the Poudre Canyon? Actually a little more scenic with a better river

Dirty and full of homeless.

They need an Eric Cartman to come in to help them because it's pretty bad. They make the city so disgusting.

Buddy of mine lives near LODO; the homeless take shits in his apartment stairwells. I'm sure his isn't the only one they do it in. Between that and their tent towns they set up all over the place....4.2/10

Grew too fast for highway infrastructure and they're trying to catch up, which results in hellacious traffic during the week.

I25 is definitely a shite show..I have properties in Boulder I have to show all the time and it's been under construction for over 3 years now

I love the dude from Houston bashing Colorado..you live in Houston bro. You're currently cooking like a tamale and live in one of the trashiest cities in the USA.

What a joke!

Beautiful state but the city is full of ignorant liberals who will judge you and try to force their beliefs onto you.

Getting a semi to Purina off I70 on the east side towards Aurora is a friggin pain. Spent about a decade redoing 70 and was a total nightmare.

I like Denver but you just about have to be a baller to live a nice life there. Real estate costs are insane. I'd prefer Colorado Springs or Fort Collins though.

Not as good a city as Colorado Springs or Castle Rock. They’ve let Denver go to shite. Downtown Denver is nice, but overrun by bums

I don't live in Austin proper any longer, but I will say that the people here are leaps and bounds better than the people in Denver.

You fail to recognize that while Austin is a liberal dumpster fire, it is largely kept in check by being in the center of a conservative state. Denver is equally a liberal dumpster fire, but the state is significantly more progressive as a whole than Texas is.

This makes a huge difference.

Fort Collins is the best city in Colorado. Can drive to horsetooth reservoir from my house in ten minutes.

Can go to estes park in 45 mins

Far enough from Denver and close enough to go to games.
