I do for some of them but I don't donate.
Regardless of how they may have ended up in that situation living on the street is a desperate way of life and a sign that someone has just given up control.

If they spend a week in the shelter without doing drugs they will work with them to get a job. They have to stay drug free and pull their weight though,....and they wont. Easier to beg.
