There's a massive, ridiculous apartment complex being built behind the Wal Mart on Burbank. Right in front of nice neighborhoods & on a flood plain.

Traffic is going to be massively fricked, that area is definitely going to see legit flooding, and that neighborhood is going to see a massive spike in crime after the usual Section 8 lowlifes inevitably take over that complex.
