After hearing the full audio of his comments a few days before the election, I understand why he didn’t want to answer under oath what he knew beforehand.

To do that, Trump needed to convey, beyond a shadow of a doubt, he was the actual winner. Nothing criminal about that whatsoever, except of course the matter of the stolen election itself.
