Any Updates Jax?
I'm 26 days in and have lost 17 lbs. I'm not having any real cravings and sometimes I skip breakfast or dinner if I'm not hungry.
Energy level is good. Back and joint pain are much less - this happened within a few days, so is not due to weight loss. I had a couple of episodes of diarrhea a week or so in, but that cleared up. Poops are less frequent and with less volume. Fiber is not an issue.

Thanks for the update.
I agree with everything you stated.
No fiber needed for me, but also much less frequent. But, without any bloating. Of course I'm not eating all the shite I did previously.
One thing about Carnivore, you don't have to think much about what to eat. Easy in that sense.

I was blasting TD about carnivore back in 2014-15. The community was “zero-carb” back in those days.
It’s a great diet to reset. I think I went a year straight beef, eggs, chicken, pork. My mood changes dramatically. It provides a great elimination diet to see how foods effect you.
I’m not that strict anymore. It’s more of a tool. I think everyone should try it.
If a politician recommends you do something, doing the exact opposite is probably the better choice.

without any bloating
This is strange for me. I feel no bloating, and yet I'm eating dense, fatty meats instead of salads. I can eat a ribeye for lunch and feel energetic and awake all afternoon. Before, that would have had me struggling to stay awake at my desk.

I agree on the reset.
I don't see me strictly staying on it for more than 60 days, but who knows.
I just set my mind for 30 days and so far no problem.
Worst case, I see me being a Ketovore after this and doing some elimination to see what works and doesn't for me.
It has definitely helped that I haven't drank alcohol in 6+ weeks either. That won't last, but it will be different going forward.
So far I can say that everthing I've researched regarding doing Carnivore has been true.
