That's the kind of hit that would make me want to get my kid a kitten and just see what happens.

That ain't good. That could very well cause brain damage.

My son was a little undersized for his age but because of it played with a huge chip on his shoulder. Was always one of the smallest but also one of the fastest on team and played safety without fear.

During his 5th grade year playing thru Bossier Parks and recreation his team was merged with another team because several kids from both had not resigned to play that year.

One of the local high school head coaches kid was on the team they merged with. Now this kid was athlete but you could tell his dad thought he was the best player in the league. During the first live contact practice that year his son and my son lined up against each other in a drill. They tossed his son the ball and he was supposed to try to shuck the tackle from my son. He had a good foot height and 20-30 pounds on my boy but got put on his arse. Dad made them line up again and my son laid his arse out again. Dad started yelling at him and made him line up again. My son looked over at me standing with the other parents and I just shrugged my shoulders and waved him on. My son absolutely buried him on third hit and his boy got up crying. Dad tried to line them up again but my son refused and went to back of the line. I felt so bad for the kid. He really was good kid and like I said over all was a pretty dang good athlete.

It looks worse than it is. The kid was going down and it minimized the impact.

My kids are usually the ones laying the wood.

It looks like the kid goes to his knees and bends backwards as the hit is coming in.

"but embedding tweets are too much for us normal users.... it's a dumb idea anyway. it's too much like reddit."

If it was a Twitter video, download Tweet2gif. There may be other apps, but that's the one I use. You can download a video as a gif and upload without having to do anything else.

ETA: I guess you had the video on your phone. You can also download a gif maker that makes it easier using the video you've taken.

We don't do the easy route here.

My son is playing JV for the first time this year and I’m nervous. It wouldn’t be so bad if you didn’t have these coaches telling them to “knock their damn heads off” and shite like that. But that’s football. I disagree with it but no one seems to agree that telling these kids to hurt other players is wrong
