Was there in December, 2021. Surreal experience that such hatred and inhumanity could exist. Some of the exhibits where there were thousands of shoes, or eyeglasses or suitcase were indescribable. Lot of pictures in the barracks you wouldn't want to share.

The fact that it was in the low 20s and snowing some made it even more sobering.

Everyone should go there at least once if they have the chance.

Shared some of these pictures on the Travel board a while back.

Do you really think that very thing does not exist in America today?

Absolutely...I toured Mathsusen in Linz, Austria & it was a life changing & sobering experience.

It should be required that every student (& citizen) should at least do the virtual tour if they can't see it in person.

A lot of today's problems in this country would go away fast if people really learned the true depths of evil that man through a totalitarian government can sink to if left unchecked.

I used to wonder how the citizens could ever let that happen, but after the last 10 years- it's clear as day.
We better wake up fast!

Nole Man, thank you for sharing these pictures. It's not likely I will ever be able to visit this but your pictures helped me visualize it a bit better.
