High Hampton is a great spot, although December may be a tough month to go with the weather.
You get a nice sit down breakfast and a three course dinner included in your rate. The meals are extremely good but not pretentious. I'm not sure if alcohol is included, I don't believe it is. Free activities include the tennis/pickleball courts and group clinics, croquet, hiking, and then use of the paddleboards, kayaks, and fishing gear (won't be of much use in December).
Lunch is not included so we would get a burger or pizza at the main building's casual spot or food by the golf course. Golf and spa are not all inclusive.
Again, a great place to go. We went for an SEC football Saturday and the place was full of fans sitting around the bar and patios watching each game.
