See now we are spit balling ideas. These are what kind of information that tends to be helpful as I figure out if it’s something I want to do or not.
It’s not something I suggested I wanted to take lightly and just take something that was gonna be a negative overall rather than a positive.
The answer is I have no idea but I will ask them how they used and what exactly their goals were at the time and the reason they used them in the first place.

I see you continue to dodge the pertinent questions

you need to know what they used. there are tons of different peptides for different goals. some like the ghrps are similar but some more crude than others.
but ill be honest if you dont know those things how can you be thinking about looking at peptides?
and you still havent told us what program you follow for lifitng, what your current macros are, what your true body fat levels are, what your current lifts are etc
we literally know nothing....so we are left to draw conclusions and every single thing you have said screams inexpierenced, ignorant, naive and any and everything else you can think of that describes someone who has no clue what they are doing
so left to those conclusions we automatically scream dont.....and you got mad about that
my question is why? we literally are trying to protect you from yourslef and you got mad about that.....why?
