They better have enough money left over so they can invade Russia and take over some oil fields so they can pay everybody back.

Probably quite a bit. All those multi-million dollar properties his inner circle has in Switzerland and other places cost a bit to maintain and then you add in salaries for servants and stuff, could get a little pricey.
