So the unregulated power market in Houston is something I am not use to, anyone have a recommendation of the best power provider in Cinco Ranch area?

I use Green mountain for electricty and ATT fiber for internet. Been happy with both even though I fundamentally hate ATT.
ETA I had Verizon 5G at my old place and it worked well too.
