I’m nervous myself. Thomas and Alito are dependable the others are not.
Deep State uses the regulatory monster to govern “behind the scenes” so goodness knows if they twisted any arms over this.
I’m hoping and praying the bureaucratic monster gets gelded, though.

Gorsuch is dependable on this case. We have 3 solid votes imo
Need 2 of the other 3. I think Kav votes with conservatives. ACB I’m not sure. She is very religious so her stance on Roe is expected but this is a case of how our republic functions and could invalidate decades of regulations. I’m worried she won’t rock that boat
