Trying not to overwork it

Let it run to 71… turn the temp back to 74 or 75 and let it rest until I get noticeable uncomfortable in the house then back to 71 it goes

When my new systems were installed last year, I was told this really isn't a thing if the systems are in good working order. They like to run.

How do ya'll get uncomfortable at 74 or 75? We run our AC at 76 all day and it's perfectly fine. Crank it down to 72 or 73 at night and it's comfortable.

People that say it's more comfortable outside than to run the AC at 76 or 78 are full of shite and just like to bitch.
