I think Mason just worked at Coquette, he didn’t open it. I could be wrong on that.

Turkey and The Wolf makes legitimately fantastic food. I can see how his politics scare off some people, but honestly, doesn’t bother me too much.

Their politics are a bit much for me, but you can tell Mason is a good guy and he has a good sense of humor too.

Michael Stoltzfus / Kristen Essig started coquette. Mason was just a cook there. Mason started turkey and the wolf and Mollys rise and shine. I was born in 1986 and love the late 80-90’s nostalgia homage themes of his restaurants. I believe he’s originally from a North Carolina. Just know that at his restaurants Black trans lives matter and he supports bake sales for abortions.
