Until about a year ago I thought Long Cool Woman in a Black Dress was CCR.
It really doesn’t sound like something a British band would do.

crazy that i had this come up at a party 2 weeks ago. everyone there said CCR. I said no, The Hollies. They all disagreed, Bet $100 and they lost.
