Anniversary Trip October

Looking for recommendations for wife and I's 1st anniversary in the middle of October. We are leaning towards a location with a relaxing beach that also has good restaurants and a nightlife/party scene. Never done a all inclusive resort but we are open to them.
We are open to anywhere in the states or Caribbean. Probably a week long trip.

Puerta Vallarta. Did an AI for my anniversary in November. Weather was perfect.
Highly recommend Casa Velas, an adults only property.

Extremely underrated trip. Go “hiking” and drink their beers/hard ciders. The leaves are changing and it looks like fall. It’s not 95 outside. It gives you a break from the heat.
The food is good too.
