The NFL realized this offseason they can make money by having an alternate uniform including helmets for 1-2 games a year and are allowing them, Oregon style.

Get off my lawn etc but our traditional unis are great. If we do a blackout game then whatever but i hate those lame arse Hibbett sports “icy whites” and the white top/black pants combo. Gold pants are goated. Fight me

I mean... it's not the OG black helmet which was once worn for a preseason game back in 1969 before the NFL outlawed it

This is gonna be on one of those “what were they thinking” Top 10 lists in about 10 years.
Just poor design. Should have just used the ones Brees signed. Or white to go with the color rush uniforms.

Saints Twitter posted pictures of Cam Jordan in the black helmet, and color rush unis. I think they’d look better with an all black uniform.
