I keep hoping the left will ease up on their anti-oil policies out of self-preservation, but they have repeatedly shown the willingness to go down with the ship.

Sadly we’re probably in this for another 2 years.

Hopefully the people start to notice that gas prices always go down when there’s a Republican president and up when there’s a Democrat president because there’s this myth out there that the president can’t do much to affect gas prices. This might be mostly true if we were operating from the baseline of drilling for oil whenever possible.
