this. especially considering, last i heard 40% of Houston drivers are uninsured. Pass, i’ll stay in the burbs minus once or twice a year.

Excluding the illegal qualifier, every state in the south has a higher uninsured motorist rate than Texas. Almost certainly more inbred citizens per capita too.
Drivers in Houston do indeed suck, though.
