99.9% or my interactions with green jeans have been overwhelming positive.
But to this day it still chaps my arse with the guy that harassed me for 20 mins in my kayak about not having a physical copy of my fishing license. This was right after LA went to online sales and I had the pdf saved to my phone. 20 fricking mins with this guy before he tells me “I’m going to let you go with a warning” and I reminded him it said on the website that electronic copies were valid and he wasn’t warning me about anything. Jackass.

I never call wardens for this reason. Called game and fish once to report a dead bald eagle like you’re supposed to. Never again
They put us through hell claiming we shot it because they found a lead shot in the bird. It was obviously from the bird flying into a powerline. Autopsy ended up proving the shot had been in the bird for years and it died from the power line.
I’ve found 2 dead eagles since. Both got buried with a backhoe

What state? Those guys are by and large fricking assholes IMO.
