Has anyone gotten a passport recently? If so, how long did it take to come in?

Has anyone gotten a passport recently? If so, how long did it take to come in? I expedited mine and I haven’t gotten it yet. A little stressed because I’m leaving for a trip on June 7th

Buddy of mine paid for the super expedited fee. It took a month to get it.

If you already have a flight booked, you use to be able to set up an interview in New Orleans and get it the same day. Not sure if that has changed.

Expedited one earlier this year. Took about a month to come in.
At the time, they were saying 18 weeks for standard.

I checked the status online of my renewal and it listed that it was approved and sent to me, but I hadn't received it.
After a while I called to check on it, and the guy basically said that if it shows online that it was sent to you but you haven't received it by now then something went wrong and I was never going to get it. So I had to fill out a form and send it back to the passport people, once they received that form they called me and asked a few questions. After that call I had it within a week.

My wife and I got ours renewed back in March. 2 weeks. Got my sons about a month ago, also 2 weeks. None were expedited. Was shocked that they came in so soon. Guess ours somehow made it to the top of the stack.

Just got mine in a couple weeks ago. Expedited service took exactly 3 weeks.

We ordered our four in November and got them in about 5 weeks without expediting them.

Were any of the passports new and did you need a "Real ID" driver's license? Have an appt. to file my forms next week and wondering if I need to go get a new DL first.

All new, no real IDs. Eh, I think my wife has the real ID thing… I wasn’t pay extra for that crap.

My older teen boy. We paid the expedited fee and got it in 3 weeks…. And then got his old passport two weeks after that with two giant holes punched through it

Two weeks on my renewal about a month and a half ago. Same as with the other surprised posters, couldn't believe it came back that fast.

I expedited mine less than a year ago and got it back in about a month.
