JBE playing games with Covid K-12 Mandate

Some Republican Senators and AG Landry are starting to get suspicious with JBE regarding K-12 Mandate.
filing the paperwork to change the vaccine rule could take up to 30 days possibly 60. Some R’s in legislature are starting to think JBE may wait for Covid cases to rise and put mandate right back in place before school starts. AG Landry is also suspicious of this has sent sent letter to JBE asking for transparency in process. Some version of HCR3 needs to pass so JBE has no power mandating Covid vaccine in August. JBE can not be trusted. I would not let your guard down just yet.

Of course he will. He’s trying to bluff to keep the legislature from acting because as long as they don’t, he has unilateral authority to put it back in place as soon as the session ends.

Shreveport Mayor just lost in court. Doubt ANY mandate would pass the smell test at this point. Only place I see masks are in hospitals. Which, if wearing a solid legit mask properly, makes some sense.

Unless I missed something, I had no reason to let my guard down.
When HCR3 failed, I assumed JBE was going to implement the mandate. Did I miss something?

The Senate was moving quickly to get it to a floor vote to overrule the committee's decision..
JBE quietly announced he changed his mind because "he thought the vaccine would have full approval for children by now"
Now our useless prick senators can say "we did it! we stopped him!", and in late July he'll just put the mandate back in place before school and there will be no time to override it

I predict any mask or vaccine mandate that may come next school year will be overridden by citizens, not by the Senate.

I was told that the law was changed so that he no longer has emergency authority to do this again without being voted on.
If he wants to do an emergency declaration for vaccines it will have to be voted on.
