The GOPe would rather be in the minority, its easier for them to be the party of NO, throw a few soundbites out there and use it to constantly capmaign for $$$

PA is a blue state, the GOP was going to lose this seat no matter what. Toomey would lose if he ran, that’s why he quit and is about to get a big payoff as a lobbyist. None of 3 GOP candidates can beat the Democrat. The GOP needs to focus on winning NH, AZ, NV, OH and WI where they have a shot to win.
