Usually a judgement call on a charge, and it’s in the first half or a challenge on a players like 2nd or 3rd foul.
It’s like the coaches aren’t aware that they don’t get another if they lose it

Little things I get irrationally angry about...
It's game 7. 0.9 seconds left in the half and Boston makes a free throw. Milwaukee inbounds the ball without even trying to throw up a heave... Why???
