Everybody loves Monty but he's been such a pussy all season. Constantly complaining about foul calls when his team never attacks the basket. Their 7 footer is a midrange merchant. He constantly made comments trying to make the Pelicans seem dirty for having the audacity to play hard. frick him. So glad they lost.

As upset as he was, Chuck made a good point in that one of the best things to happen to the Mavs was Luka getting hurt in that season finale.
Gave Brunson and Dinwiddie a lot more confidence, now you have three guys that can score in buckets. Takes a lot of pressure off of Luka

Trae Young is very good, but he can be gameplanned out of a game in the playoffs. No one is gameplanning Luka out of a game.

The funny thing about the trade is the Hawks and Mavs got better players than the teams that picked first and second in that draft. Those teams don’t get nearly the amount of shite about passing on Luka.

This was never a debate... People are silly.
EDIT: Yeah... I don't like Doncic's antics, but I root for a team with CP3 and with a guy like Booker who I am starting to dislike...
But this was NEVER a debate. Anyone denying otherwise doesn't know basketball.
