Pretty sure this is unconstitutional . Yes , I know the Biden admisistration couldn't care less about the constitution but millions of Americans and the courts do . Under what authority does he have to hand over the Health of Americans to a global entity ? He doesnt.

Biden does not have the power to hand over US sovereignty to anyone. He can choose to follow WHO dictates, but the authority to do so is vested in him by the US Constitution. Any future President can choose for themselves to follow WHO dictates or not to.

Treaties require a 2/3 vote by by Senate. I highly doubt they get close to 2/3. I could be wrong.
