Last I heard was he was out on a $1M bond and awaiting trial, but that was back in late Dec, early Jan.
Also recall his attorney using the PTSD claim and proof of that excuse because he went to the VA to check himself in, after the fact.

I’m no attorney, but I don’t see how claiming PTSD absolves you from committing a crime.
