The data used by 2000 mules shows that large numbers of people in big cities tend to go to the same places via the same route on a regular basis. Nothing more. Everything else in the movie is based on assumptions, conjecture, and anonymous "sources."

It is never a conspiracy when the Dems will do anything for a vote. The Dems once drove off natives in the trail of tears for votes. They bought off a once thriving black community and a racist named Lyndon Johnson said they will be slaves against for the next 200 years.
