Democrat bill to codify Roe by bluedragon Does not include the word “Woman”
Could you link? The draft I found contains the following language:
quote:

(8) The terms “woman” and “women” are used in this bill to reflect the identity of the majority of people targeted and affected by restrictions on abortion services, and to address squarely the targeted restrictions on abortion, which are rooted in misogyny.
It does not really matter, because the Dems cannot beat the 60-vote threshold in the Senate.

No.

Misogyny would be if the restrictions only applied to male fetuses/babies

When you’re about deleting the language but can’t write a bill without it.

These people are human pretzels.

I simply used the headline in Brietbart.

Maybe their journalists don't read too well. Their article missed the boat and stepped off the pier. Like my bass fishing when a Moc falls from a tree and lands in the middle of the boat. We bail real fast.

Aggie, serious question:

If there is no right in the constitution as soon to be law, how can congress force states to allow it?

I don’t think a federal abortion law is constitutional

They don’t even mind lying in legislation. Holy shite.
